There are two gardens, both with patios. The ‘back garden’ being the one where cars are parked and the front being the one with the Estuary views.
The back garden has a covered ‘garage’ area, car parking for three cars, a patio, table and chairs and a drying green. It gets the sun in the afternoons.
The front garden has a patio, tables and chairs, a lawned and garden area and a covered area (under vines) for outdoor eating in the shade. Sunny throughout the day and evening.
